“I find a lot of the time, my clients don’t really recognize the importance of having a manager in place to manage whole parts of systems in their business,” Sarah says. “I don’t know where I would be without my OBM on my team… I find people have a lot of money mindset issues, almost like ‘Am I deserving of this team member? Am I deserving to have a successfully scaled business that is supported by the right people in the right seats?’”
