🍾 Welcome to the 100th episode of The Right on Time Podcast 🍾
It's a time to celebrate the journey we've embarked on together! And what a journey it has been!
Back in 2017, I launched this podcast with a vision of creating a platform for meaningful conversations. Over time, I’ve honed my communication skills and discovered a rhythm, deepening the connection with listeners. It's been an exhilarating feeling to witness the progress we've made on the Right on Time Podcast, and see the impact our episodes have had.
And I don’t plan on stopping any time soon!
I am so excited to bring you more engaging conversations and insightful interviews with remarkable guests. We're constantly seeking out thought leaders, industry experts, and individuals with inspiring stories to share.
The opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives and uncover new insights excites me, and I can't wait to share them with you.
Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing journey – whether this is the first episode you’ve listened to or the 100th – I am so happy you’re here!
IN THIS EPISODE:
- Did you know I bought a business? Challenges and upsides!
- The Planathon Edit
- Aligning your actions with your dreams.
- Where to focus your energy
I bought a business!
I’ve talked about this just a bit, but earlier this year I bought a business. We have been facing a few challenges with rebranding and other CEO level things that have come up. I am so thankful for the framework I have to navigate this. This is exactly what I’ve been teaching in Modern CEO and helping others do and it has been a beautiful thing to have this framework. So I am feeling well equipped to move through these challenges and we are grooving.
The Planathon Edit
Right now, as we are dropping this episode, I am hosting The Planathon Edit. You might be able to catch those replays at ambermccue.com/group
This is a spin-off of The Planathon, the yearly planning event I host at the end of the year. This is a midyear check-in to see how you are doing and what adjustments you might need to make. There is a lot of evidence on how check-ins with your goals and planning will actually help you achieve your goals!
Be sure to run over to ambermmcue.com/group to catch those replays before they disappear later today (6/8/2023).
Life is Life-ing
From my daughter’s injury at school to a small snaffu with Zoom the morning of Day 1 of The Planathon Edit – life has been life-ing.
In an earlier episode of The Right on Time Podcast, Dr. Tiffany Johnson posed this question. “What dream did God put in you that you are required to bring to life?”
If you’re thinking, Amber I have no idea. Then I want to ask, is there so much going on that you are too distracted to see your purpose? This question actually brought up a quote from T.S Elliot for me, “Being distracted from distraction by distraction”.
We are good at running from ourselves, but if you are feeling so distracted you can’t quite get a pulse on that dream God put in you that you are required to bring to life then I invite you to do some reflection. Take some time to pause and reflect – whether that is with us inside The Planathon Edit at ambermccue.com/group or on your own.
You are right on time.
🥂Thank you for being here for 100 episodes of the Right on Time Podcast. I am so excited for the next 100, and I can’t wait to connect with you. You can find me over on Instagram or comment on this episode on YouTube.
