What does it mean to be on-track?
Lauren recently had a client that was able to lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks – but she came into it with so many questions on if this would work and if it were possible. She actually told Lauren, “I am so off track.”
To be off track you have to know what it means to be on-track. Being on-track in mine and Lauren’s opinions is not stopping.
Your success is inevitable if you stay the course.
How true is that idea in so many areas of your life? I apply this concept to business ownership and life goals. Lauren applies this to the health and wellness of her clients. I bet you apply it in your own industry and hobbies.
There is so much more incredible insight in this episode that I can’t wait to share with you. We talk about resiliency, consistency, and body awareness.
